By using Scratch Score (“the app”) you agree to these terms.
Scratch Score is provided to help you record and analyze your golf rounds. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the golf data you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the app’s features (including sync across your devices).
Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
